Biography / Career History

Austin R Paul is the founder and managing principal of Zeal Property Advisors. He entered the commercial real estate field in 2012 working for a premier local brokerage company and later joined Marcus and Millichap to specialize in the multifamily asset class. Austin has exceptional experience in the acquisition, disposition and advisement of multifamily assets. He has advised on over a quarter billion in total dollar amount in the last 6 years. In conjunction, Austin has exceptional experience with debt placement and private equity offering full capital stack advisory services. Austin has the unique ability to provide an investor mindset to properly manage leverage, risk and identify exit strategies.
